2. Within one business day: project brief template emailed to the Client.
3. Client returns completed brief.
4. Work begins. Delivery timeline runs from brief receipt.
5. Deliverable sent by email or shared via Google Drive.
Revised copy delivered within 2 business days of revision notes receipt.
If a deliverable has not arrived within the stated timeline plus 3 business days, email hello@copywriterexpress.com. We will investigate and resolve.
