Once work has commenced, the order is non-refundable. This reflects immediate allocation of professional time.
If a deliverable substantially fails the agreed brief, a revision is provided at no charge. If a satisfactory revision is not possible and the failure is attributable to the Studio, a partial refund may be agreed.
Duplicate charges are always refunded in full. Contact billing@copywriterexpress.com immediately.
For EU consumers: the right of withdrawal is waived by expressly requesting commencement of the digital service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. By returning the project brief template, the Client expressly requests commencement.
