These terms govern the relationship between CopywriterExpress (Auto-entrepreneur, SIRET 92134567800018, the "Studio") and the individual or entity placing an order (the "Client").
The Studio provides digital copywriting services: website copy, email campaigns, brand storytelling, product page copy, content strategy, and social media copy. All services delivered digitally.
An order is placed when the Client selects a service, completes checkout, and completes payment via Stripe. Work begins once the project brief template has been returned.
All prices in euros (EUR), excluding French TVA (20%). Fixed prices confirmed before work begins.
Timelines begin from the date the completed project brief template is received. Timelines are in business days.
One revision round per project. Direction changes constitute a new project.
On receipt of final payment, the Client receives full commercial rights to deliverables.
Liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the specific project. The Studio does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
Governed by French law. Disputes subject to the competent courts of Puy-de-Dome, France.
